Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II (Full Time) for the NJ Hopeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner
• Assesses service requests and responds according to prescribed procedures
• Documents assessments, interventions, and client interactions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
• Familiarity with documentation policies and procedures
