Menu Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Menu Specialist to set up and configure external partner implementations within their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and update digital menus for restaurant clients, ensuring accuracy and usability
• Interpret client-provided menu data and translate it into structured, platform-compatible formats
• Collaborate with various teams to gather menu requirements and resolve configuration gaps

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data entry, menu configuration, or similar detail-oriented role
• 2-4 years of experience in the restaurant or POS industry
• Ability to read and translate various types of menu content into structured digital formats
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or two years of college experience preferred
• Typing proficiency: 50-70 wpm
