Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to build onboarding plans for high-quality implementation
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs and manage onboarding configurations remotely
• Create and lead an onboarding training plan for restaurant staff to utilize the product effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience managing long-term customer relationships
• Experience in a role requiring project management skills
