Menu Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Menu Operations Associate to manage customer menu support and data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee menu management (creation & maintenance) within a proprietary content management system
• Communicate with customer teams to design, build, and maintain restaurant menus and troubleshoot technical issues
• Work on customer menu requests and issue escalation tickets within company guidelines and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in maintaining restaurant menus in a POS environment
• Experience in a tech startup environment
• Outgoing and organized with a customer-first attitude
• Exposure to restaurant industry terminology and POS systems
