Job Summary

To support the optimization of AI-driven restaurant experiences, the full-time Menu Operations Associate will build, configure, and maintain menu data within the content management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain restaurant menu context, ensuring accuracy and completeness across assigned accounts
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance configuration processes
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience maintaining restaurant menus in POS systems (e.g., Brink, Aloha, Toast)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
