Job Summary

To support the optimization of AI performance in restaurant drive-thrus, the full-time Menu Operations Associate will build, configure, and maintain menu context within the content management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain restaurant menu context, ensuring accuracy and completeness across assigned accounts
• Utilize AI tools to streamline configuration, QA, and troubleshooting tasks while identifying automation opportunities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience maintaining restaurant menus in POS systems (e.g., Brink, Xenial, Aloha)
• Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the impact of configuration on AI quality
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
