MEP Construction Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MEP Construction Estimator focused on the Federal Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed change order estimates for ongoing federal projects
• Perform market research studies to inform cost estimating processes
• Prepare various levels of estimates, including conceptual and construction-level estimates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating with MEP expertise
• Consulting or owner's-representative background required
• Strong understanding of UNIFORMAT classifications and federal estimating standards
• Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Microsoft Office Suite
• ASPE or AACEI Certification is preferred
