Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP Job Captain who will lead teams of modelers for specific projects.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor modelers on software usage and best practices
Detect missing information and handle RFI/RFCs
Perform modeling tasks and manage coordinated actions of modelers within projects

Required Qualifications

Engineering degree
Over 5 years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, and Cloud Compare for MEP projects
Experience managing teams and dealing with clients
Experience in US-based projects
Familiarity with FabParts and LOD 400
