MEP Job Captain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP Job Captain to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards
• Manage RFIs and RFCs, and conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines
• Influence modeling strategies and ensure collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering (architects with extensive MEP experience may be considered)
• Over 5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
• Skilled in QAQC and managing project budgets with a focus on cost control
• Experience managing teams of modelers and direct client interactions
