MEP Project Manager
Job Summary
To support industrial mechanical projects, the remote Assistant Project Manager will assist in managing project documentation, preparing construction budgets, and collaborating with subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development, management, and storage of all project documentation
- Collaboratively help price, negotiate, and formalize all changes in project scope
- Manage safety, quality, and productivity of the project
Required qualifications
- Previous professional experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP, CCM, or an equivalent certification is considered an asset
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong leadership skills
