MEP Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing MEP construction projects for a global technology client's data center, the full-time MEP Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage the design, installation, procurement, and commissioning of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the review, coordination, and integration of MEP system designs with overall project plans
• Manage project costs, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Mission critical facilities MEP infrastructure experience necessary; data center experience strongly desired
• Proficiency in Project Management software required; experience with Google Suite beneficial
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired; PMP and/or LEED certification are beneficial
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
