Meraki Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support a store network lifecycle, the contract-based Meraki Network Engineer will manage inventory KPIs, monitor life-cycle devices, and provide detailed progress reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report on inventory KPIs and monitor the inventory of life-cycle devices
• Create and maintain documentation related to network changes and act as the escalation point for addressing anomalies
• Verify the configuration of new devices and ensure life-cycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of networking experience with a strong emphasis on Cisco/Meraki technologies (MX, MS, MR)
• Understanding of cloud-managed networking concepts and familiarity with Meraki Dashboard terminology
• Aware of Cisco Switch and Wireless hardware and network lifecycle concepts
• Ability to communicate clearly with peers, senior engineers, and non-technical stakeholders
• An understanding of project management concepts
