Merchandise Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time Merchandise Associate will manage product catalog maintenance, item setup, and quality control while working remotely during US business hours from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Merchandise Team to update and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accuracy of product descriptions and images
• Accurately enter product information and pricing into the database system, maintaining up-to-date and error-free data
• Conduct regular quality checks on product data to identify and address discrepancies promptly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, or Fashion Merchandising
• 2 to 6+ years of experience in apparel operations, specifically in buying, merchandise planning, or brand management roles
• Fluency in English, with exceptional writing skills
• 2+ years of experience with data entry in English, demonstrating extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) and comfort with data analysis and calculations
