Job Summary

A company is looking for an MFP Manager to lead Merchandise Financial Planning for the North America marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-season Merchandise Financial Plans for the North America marketplace
• Set and perform pre-season top-down financial business targets and establish inventory liquidation plans
• Reconcile top-down and bottom-up forecasts and communicate results with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of experience in retail, planning, and/or product management
• Strong command of retail metrics including retail sales, ST%, WOS, inventories, revenue, and margin
• Ability to collate and understand relevant market data to inform the Merchandise Financial Plan
• Commercial and entrepreneurial approach
