Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to design tailored solutions for clients
• Provide oversight and manage escalations from customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Conduct functional analysis sessions to gather requirements and develop business solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing and designing Merchandise Operations solutions
• In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and supply chain business processes
• Experience with data integration between various Supply Chain and Merchandising applications
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of ERP systems and SQL Plus
