Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandise Planner to manage inventory and optimize product mix across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage merchandise plans that align with financial goals and sales strategies
• Forecast demand and recommend purchase quantities in collaboration with buying and operations teams
• Analyze sales data to inform replenishment and markdown strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, or retail analytics
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory planning tools
• Experience in a regulated industry or knowledge of cannabis compliance is a plus
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check
