Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandise Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Create class and style-color level plans by channel
• Develop strategic sales plans and analyze historical data to identify risks and opportunities
• Manage Open-to-Buy forecasting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• 2-4+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, or finance in a retail environment
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle and Tableau preferred
• Strong knowledge of merchandise planning and retail math
