Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Open to Buy process and develop style-level pre-season plans
• Optimize pricing in real-time to enhance sales, gross margin, and inventory turnover
• Collaborate with various teams to influence decisions and drive results

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior planning experience, preferably in direct to consumer
• Proven track record in merchandise forecasting, planning, and data analytics
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and retail math skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with tight deadlines
