Merchandise Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Merchandise Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and inventory strategies across assigned categories and manage merchandise planning for a smaller product category
• Own the open-to-buy process and reforecast in-season plans based on performance
• Lead a team of planners, providing coaching and support for their professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of merchandise planning experience in a retail environment
• Experience managing and developing direct reports
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with planning and inventory systems preferred
