Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandiser to drive performance for assigned product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Own category performance by monitoring sales, margin, and inventory productivity
• Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain line plans and product assortments aligned with brand strategy

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail merchandising or buying experience, preferably in apparel or consumer products
• Experience in women's apparel or Intimates categories
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
