Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day administrative functions, the full-time remote Merchandising Administrator will manage product data, create purchase orders, and ensure seasonal readiness while collaborating with internal teams to enhance merchandising operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supports buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, and performing essential data entry functions
- Manages product data uploads and maintains accurate purchase orders
- Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests and communicate updates
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in PC and network systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Minimum Education: High School Graduate - GED
- Preferred Experience: Retail, Customer Service, or related experience
- Preferred Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment
