Job Summary
Supporting the merchandising operations, the full-time Merchandising Administrator will manage product data, create purchase orders, and ensure seasonal readiness while working remotely from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.
Key responsibilities
- Supports buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, and performing essential data entry functions
- Manages product data uploads and ensures accurate promotional pricing execution
- Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests and troubleshoot issues
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate - GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in related fields
- Proficiency in PC and network systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience in retail, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
