Merchandising Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandising Assistant to support the Merchandise Manager in driving category performance for Women's Handbags, Shoes, and Accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail assortment and allocation for stores, ensuring effective replenishment and storytelling
• Conduct business analysis through weekly and monthly reporting on category performance, identifying wins and opportunities
• Support online storytelling, curate promotional assortments, and assemble seasonal trend guides to align with financial plans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a luxury fashion retail or ecommerce environment
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary and luxury designers and current fashion trends
• Demonstrated ownership of product assortment with a strong point of view
• Intermediate skills in Excel and retail math, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite
