Job Summary

Supporting the apparel team, the full-time Merchandising Assistant will manage vendor set-up, oversee the branded photo sample process, and handle copy turnover while working in a hybrid environment from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, or Vermont.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage new vendor set-up information
  • Manage the branded photo sample process
  • Handle communication for assortment changes to appropriate departments
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, fashion, or a related field
  • 2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of InDesign is a plus
