Job Summary
Leading regional merchandising initiatives, the full-time salaried Merchandising Director, Lifestyle will oversee lifestyle product assortment planning, channel-specific consumer insights, and collaboration with marketing for catalog creation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct assortment planning and sales sample ordering for lifestyle products in the North American region
- Create channel-based collections and segmentation strategies, focusing on Tier 2 Athletic Specialty and independent retailers
- Represent sales teams in product milestone meetings, consolidating feedback and supporting initial projections
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in lifestyle footwear retail, sales, or merchandising
- At least 6 years of proven leadership experience at the manager level
- Extensive knowledge of the athletic specialty and lifestyle markets, including trends and product assortments
- Strong business acumen with proficient retail math skills
