Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandising & Category Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the human curation layer of the Ai-generated product recommendation process for kids' products
Monitor and analyze Ai-generated recommendations to ensure high quality
Research and write product guides to train the AI model

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5-8 years experience in merchandising, ideally in a tech-forward retail environment
Experience in the kids' products space with knowledge of top brands and trends
Basic understanding of AI and its application in product recommendations
Experience in eCommerce with a passion for the customer and shopper
