Job Summary
A company is looking for a Merchandising Project Manager to support merchandising processes for a beauty client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute merchandise planning and mapping for stores and manage the coordinated database for collateral purchasing
- Support the implementation of merchant strategies and rebranding initiatives to enhance store performance
- Maintain master databases and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of store enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, focusing on Merchandising, Operations, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of capital expenditure budgets and sales-driving opportunities
- Ability to engage with various levels of the organization and manage ambiguity effectively
