Merchandising Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Merchandising Solution Consultant will guide customers through their implementation journey, from solution design to onboarding and training, while contributing insights to shape product development and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and solution design workshops to translate customer goals into scalable workflows
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to empower customer teams for independent Toolio adoption
- Conduct product demos and provide strategic insights to highlight Toolio's value for prospective clients
Required qualifications
- Experience in Retail Planning or Merchandising with knowledge of Open-to-Buy, Assortment Planning, and Allocation concepts
- Familiarity with merchandising tech stacks and integrations such as Blue Yonder/JDA, O9, Netsuite, Snowflake, and Shopify
- Comfortable working with data tables and reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate Pacific Time or APAC customers
- Passion for the evolving retail landscape and the role of technology in retail success
