Job Summary
Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Merchandising Specialist will identify promotional opportunities, track marketplace trends, and create customer-facing presentations to support sales initiatives, with the option for hybrid or remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and develop strategic promotional planning processes aligned with sales goals
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales to measure and optimize promotional effectiveness
- Monitor marketplace trends and pricing, providing actionable insights for business growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- Minimum of two years of experience in corporate business, marketing, sales, finance, or project management
- Experience with merchandising, sales promotions, and customer assortments required
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma preferred
