Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Merchandising Specialist will identify promotional opportunities, track marketplace trends, and create customer-facing presentations to support sales initiatives, with the option for hybrid or remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Shape and develop strategic promotional planning processes aligned with sales goals
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to measure and optimize promotional effectiveness
  • Monitor marketplace trends and pricing, providing actionable insights for business growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • Minimum of two years of experience in corporate business, marketing, sales, finance, or project management
  • Experience with merchandising, sales promotions, and customer assortments required
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma preferred
