Merchandising Specification Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Samples Division, the full-time Merchandising Specification Coordinator will create and maintain sample specifications, manage sample inventory, and coordinate across departments to ensure accurate product representation in a hybrid office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sample specifications in collaboration with various business teams
• Ensure specifications reflect product quality requirements and brand standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to sample specifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or two years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions
