• Lead the transition to a third-party PIM platform, establishing workflows and validation rules
• Drive product publishing pace to reduce catalog lead times significantly
• Analyze product performance data to optimize merchandising strategies and site navigation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Site Merchandising within a B2B Marketplace or high-SKU eCommerce environment
• Proven experience with a Product Information Management (PIM) platform
• Strong analytical skills for strategic merchandising decisions
• Understanding of multi-vendor environments focused on price comparison and search accuracy
• Experience with system migrations or digital transformations
