Job Summary
To support its Third-Party Wholesale business within the Swim and Apparel category, the hybrid Merchant will develop assortment strategies, drive product commercialization, and analyze business performance to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute assortment strategies, including pricing architecture and product mix
- Manage product lines from concept through production, ensuring alignment with seasonal line plans
- Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5-7+ years of merchandising, buying, or retail merchandising experience
- Prior experience as a Merchant, Senior Merchant, or Buyer required
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
