Merchant Account Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting payment processing services, the full-time Merchant Account Specialist will execute merchant account setup, configure payment gateways, and provide client support remotely while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with processing partners for timely and accurate merchant account setup
- Configure and maintain client payment gateways to facilitate successful transactions
- Respond to client inquiries and document interactions in the CRM to ensure continuity of support
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the customer service industry preferred
- Basic accounting and reconciliation skills preferred
- Familiarity with credit card, ACH (e-check), and merchant services preferred
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in standard software applications
- Experience in solution selling is considered a plus
