A company is looking for a Merchant Boarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and implementation of merchant partners
Maintaining relationships with banking representatives and reseller partners
Providing support to merchants and bank representatives regarding banking-related and technical issues

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years in enrollment, billing, customer service, or related fields
1+ year working in SaaS, Fintech, or Merchant Onboarding and Implementation
Experience in the Electronic Payments and Risk Management Industry is a plus
