Job Summary
Covering a six-month maternity leave, the hybrid Merchant Buyer for Swim Apparel will build and manage the assortment plan, collaborate with design and manufacturing partners, and analyze business performance to drive sales and manage inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the assortment plan, including price point strategy and space allocation
- Collaborate with design and product development to maintain the line plan and production calendar
- Analyze weekly and monthly business performance to identify sales opportunities and manage inventory effectively
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of merchandising experience at the Merchant, Senior Merchant, or Buyer level
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently through complex issues
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional partners
- Background in wholesale, swim, or apparel is a plus
