Job Summary
Leading a team of Merchant Cash Advance Account Executives, the full-time ISO Channel OIC will manage ISO partnerships, drive production goals, and support business growth through strategic channel development in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Merchant Cash Advance Account Executives while monitoring performance against production goals
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) to identify new partnership opportunities
- Drive channel growth through strategic outreach and collaboration with internal departments to enhance partner experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Merchant Cash Advance Account Executives
- Strong knowledge of the Merchant Cash Advance industry and experience managing ISO relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development goals
- Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams
