Job Summary
Managing merchant onboarding and payment integrations, the full-time remote Merchant Implementation Manager will serve as the primary contact for merchants throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth integration and successful production launches.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete merchant onboarding process from initial setup to production launch
- Coordinate merchant testing and assist with API integration and payment flows
- Track integration progress and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Product, QA, and Development teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in merchant implementation, technical account management, or payment operations
- Experience in Payments, FinTech, or payment processing environments
- Basic understanding of API integrations and online payment flows
- Strong communication skills for direct interaction with external partners
- Ability to manage multiple merchant integrations simultaneously
