Job Summary
Merchant Maintenance Representative is a full-time position responsible for merchant maintenance and support services, including account changes and ticket management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily assignment queue for ticket handling
- Accurately handle merchant and agent ticket and email requests, including updates and maintenance
- Ensure proper record-keeping according to company policy
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of experience with software user interfaces, preferably in merchant processing
- Experience with data entry
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the payments space
