Job Summary

Merchant Maintenance Representative is a full-time position responsible for merchant maintenance and support services, including account changes and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily assignment queue for ticket handling
  • Accurately handle merchant and agent ticket and email requests, including updates and maintenance
  • Ensure proper record-keeping according to company policy
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of experience with software user interfaces, preferably in merchant processing
  • Experience with data entry
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the payments space
