Job Summary

Leading a team of Merchant Onboarding Executives, the full-time Merchant Onboarding Manager will drive performance and operational excellence in activating merchant partners while working onsite in KSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team focused on achieving key performance indicators in a high-performance sales culture
  • Integrate technology to automate lead pre-qualification, enhancing the efficiency of the sales process
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding funnel, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to ensure swift merchant activation
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in high-velocity Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations
  • 3+ years of experience managing large teams (15+ people) and other managers
  • Proven track record of implementing sales technology to improve operational efficiency
  • Experience in Fintech, BNPL, SaaS, or high-volume E-commerce is preferred
  • Strong command of data analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or Tableau
