Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

Configure new merchant locations and manage expansions for loyalty, credit card, and POS integrations
Set up and align merchant programs with business needs within the platform
Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or the restaurant/retail industry
Experience driving process improvements and building new processes
Comfort using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Front, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Notion, or Salesforce is a plus
