Merchant Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure new merchant locations and manage expansions across loyalty, credit card, and POS integrations
• Set up and configure merchant programs to meet business needs within the platform
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues while collaborating with internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or the restaurant/retail industry
• Experience driving process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Front, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Notion, or Salesforce is a plus
