Merchant Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of 3-4 analysts, the full-time remote Merchant Operations Supervisor will manage the end-to-end merchant lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, chargeback resolution, and operational scalability within the Payments business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee merchant onboarding, MID management, and maintain data integrity across processing environments
• Manage chargeback workflows and daily reconciliation operations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Drive process standardization and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability within the Merchant Operations function

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• 4+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, or banking operations
• Experience with chargeback management and operating across multiple payment processing environments
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to lead and develop a team
• Knowledge of the merchant payment lifecycle, including onboarding and reconciliation processes
