Job Summary
Owning the onboarding and continuous development of Merchant Services sales employees, the full-time Merchant Sales Enablement Consultant will design and implement learning programs, enhance sales effectiveness, and foster a sustainable learning culture across Business Banking.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage structured onboarding, training, and ongoing education programs for Merchant Services sales teams
- Create engaging learning experiences that drive behavior change and improve sales conversations and client recommendations
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business challenges and translate them into scalable enablement strategies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and sales readiness best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience designing diverse learning programs, including instructor-led and digital formats
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging visuals and job aids for effective learning
