Merchant Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Services Analyst to support operational, analytical, and technical needs of the merchant services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze merchant transaction data to identify trends and generate performance reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues
• Manage relationships with payment vendors and oversee the onboarding process for new merchants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, or financial services
• Experience managing vendor relationships in the payments or financial services industry
• Knowledge of payment gateways, processing platforms, and PCI compliance is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
