Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Specialist - Merchant Services to support sales and product teams in delivering system integrations for commercial banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery process and translate client business requirements into technical specifications and integration plans
• Partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to support pre- and post-sale technical integration efforts
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams for system integration projects involving Merchant Services

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with subject matter expertise in Merchant Services
• Proven experience managing client-facing technical projects or complex implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus
• Strong project management skills
