Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for revenue retention and expansion goals for mid-market merchants
• Build impactful consultative relationships and host quarterly business reviews with key accounts
• Engage in proactive communication to mitigate churn and increase product usage

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience managing account renewals and achieving revenue goals
• Proven ability to uncover and close new opportunities with existing accounts
• Experience in merchant communications and data analysis for customer value stories
• Understanding of the customer journey and effective communication strategies
