Job Summary
A company is looking for a Merchant Support Advisor for the Canada PST or MST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to merchants via chat, messaging, and phone
- Collaborate with peers to share learnings, best practices, and solutions
- Navigate complex technical issues rapidly and adapt across products and channels
Qualifications:
- Experience in training or mentoring others (team lead, SME, or similar)
- Contact center or technical support experience, preferably with entrepreneurs
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities; certifications are a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and enthusiasm for new technology
- Flexibility for varied scheduling to support merchants around the clock
