Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the remote Merchant Support Advisor will deliver exceptional support to merchants through various channels, collaborate with peers to enhance team expertise, and navigate complex technical issues while leveraging AI tools for improved problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support to merchants via chat, messaging, and phone
  • Collaborate with peers to share learnings, best practices, and solutions
  • Navigate complex technical issues rapidly and make quick decisions
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in training or mentoring others (team lead, SME, or similar)
  • Contact center or technical support experience, preferably with entrepreneurs
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities, with relevant certifications being a plus
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and enthusiasm for new technology
  • Flexibility for varied scheduling to support merchants around the clock
