Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the remote Merchant Support Advisor will deliver exceptional assistance to merchants via chat, messaging, and phone while collaborating with peers to enhance collective expertise and leveraging AI tools to improve problem-solving processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to merchants through various communication channels
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices
- Navigate complex technical issues and make quick, informed decisions
Required qualifications:
- Experience in training or mentoring others, such as team lead or subject matter expert roles
- Contact center or technical support experience, particularly with entrepreneurs
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities, with relevant certifications being a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and enthusiasm for new technology
- Flexibility for varied scheduling to support merchants around the clock
