A company is looking for a Merchant Specialist responsible for managing and servicing accepting merchants while optimizing processes for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and implement improvements as needed
• Perform merchant maintenance and assist with technical and transactional issues
• Act as a liaison for merchant needs and ensure financial accuracy of merchant profiles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Experience with Microsoft and Google G-Suite products
• Proven organizational skills
• Must successfully pass a background investigation
